Quantum Construction is a subsidiary business of Quantum GB that specialises in residential and commercial construction especially where the company can utilise the Geotechnical division’s expertise in dealing with ground problems such as anomalies, old mine workings, shafts, tunnels etc.

The first development was a house in Pemberton where the plot was treated for mine workings, foundations were constructed, and construction is nearing completion. This was followed by the entire construction of two houses in Mumbles.

Quantum Construction currently specialises in sites from single plot to 10 – 12 plot housing and commercial developments and plans to increase the scale of developments over time.

Residential and Commercial developments are currently being investigated in the Swansea and Carmarthenshire areas and Quantum Construction is keen to liaise with agencies and individuals on refurbishment and new build opportunities where sites have obtained outline planning permission.
